SHIPPING INFO
Due to the handmade and custom nature of this product, it takes about 4 weeks to be completed.
At that time it will be mailed out, or ready for local pickup (Papillion, NE).
We ship using USPS and are not responsible for lost packages or for delayed shipping time. We will ship to the address that is listed on your order form and are not responsible for packages that are shipped to an incorrect address. If packages are returned, the buyer is responsible for paying additional shipping fees.
Your Creative Affair is not responsible for any customs fees or import tax.

If you would like to purchase a Ready-To-Ship tumbler AND a custom tumbler on the same order, please be aware they will all ship out, or be available for pickup, when the custom tumbler is complete. If you would like to receive the Ready-To-Ship tumbler before the custom tumbler is ready, please purchase them separately.
GENERAL INFO

All tumblers are double wall stainless steel, and come with a lid. Tumblers are handwash only. Do not put in dishwasher or microwave, and do not soak in water. This can damage the epoxy coating.
Colors may vary slightly from the color on your screen.

Please note that all cups are customized, therefore I cannot return or refund a purchase once the item has been completed. All notes should be checked thoroughly for spelling and punctuation. The decals will be cut exactly as listed on the approved/paid purchase. If there is an error in color/spelling on the end of
Your Creative Affair, it will be fixed at no extra cost to the purchaser.
