All pens are coated with the same epoxy resin we use for coating our tumblers.
Colors may vary slightly from the color on your screen.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please note that all our products are customized, therefore I cannot return or refund a purchase once the item has been completed. All notes should be checked thoroughly for spelling and punctuation. The decals will be cut exactly as listed on the approved/paid purchase. If there is an error in color/spelling on the end of Your Creative Affair, it will be fixed at no extra cost to the purchaser.
SHIPPING INFO
Due to the handmade and custom nature of this product, it takes about 2 weeks to be completed. At that time it will be mailed out, or ready for local pickup.
